In addition to operations dedicated to installations, service expansion, maintenance, and all technical and administrative activities managed at regional level, Territory personnel are also employed in Quality Control, namely the monitoring of signal quality and interference aspects through the use of specialised equipment and purpose-built vehicles.
The operational network in the territory
To ensure optimal effectiveness in managing and maintaining its production locations, Rai Way has structured its territorial presence into 20 operational sectors, known as "Regions". Each region includes a technical-administrative office and teams focused on maintenance and quality control of the irradiated signal, all overseen by a Region Manager.
The Territory Manager ensures overall coordination, supervising the activities of the individual regions and ensuring organisational and operational consistency throughout the country.
The Region Managers are Rai Way's contact persons in the territory. They coordinate local processes and directly supervise plant activities, ensuring operational efficiency and management of technical staff.
The Region Managers are responsible, among other things, for managing relationships with the local RAI office and with local authorities and institutions, including ARPA, MIMIT facilities and Customers.
