Privacy Notice for Contact Requests

Personal data processing policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the "GDPR"), we inform you that your personal data voluntarily provided by you will be processed by RAI WAY S.p.A., as Data Controller, solely for the purpose of providing you with the information you have requested and will be retained only for the time necessary to ensure a proper and complete response and, in any case, for no longer than 12 months (unless otherwise required by law). The provision of your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide the data marked with * will prevent us from responding to your request. Should you decide to provide us with your personal data, please note that such data will be processed by personnel authorised by the Data Controller. Under no circumstances will your data be disclosed; however, we inform you that they may be communicated to third parties that provide specific services on behalf of the Data Controller in order to ensure the proper fulfilment of the purposes described above.

Should you provide your specific optional consent, the contact details supplied by you (such as your email address and telephone number) may also be processed for the purpose of advanced measurement of conversions generated by online advertising campaigns promoted by RAI WAY S.p.A.. For this purpose, such data may first be subject to technical procedures of normalisation and pseudonymisation (hashing) and subsequently communicated to the advertising platforms used by the Data Controller solely in order to enable the correct attribution of conversions and the assessment of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. The legal basis for such processing is the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Failure to provide consent will not affect your ability to submit a contact request and receive a response. Any consent provided may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.

Finally, please note that, pursuant to Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists, to obtain information regarding the origin, purposes and methods of processing, and to request the updating, rectification, restriction, completion and erasure of data processed in breach of the law or where one of the grounds set out in Article 17 of the GDPR applies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the rights described herein have not been recognised.
