All Rai Way suppliers comply with the Code of Ethics, the Organisational Model 231, the Anti-Corruption Policy and corporate policies on Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety, and Privacy. Compliance is subject to periodic checks on integrity and reliability, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and corporate values.
A sustainable value chain
Rai Way collaborates with suppliers who share the same values of transparency, integrity, and responsibility as the Company. It is a clearly defined path, constantly evolving, which commits Rai Way to the effective creation of a value chain in line with ESG standards.

Ethical standards and corporate compliance

Sustainable Supply Chain Policy
The Sustainable Supply Chain Policy guides supplier selection and management according to ESG criteria.
Environmental and social parameters are included in tender specifications as technical requirements or evaluation criteria, rewarding companies that adopt best practices, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 36/2023.
The objective is to build a transparent, ethical procurement model aligned with international standards.

Digitalisation and transparency
With the introduction of the e-procurement system, Rai Way has digitalised the entire procurement cycle, making every stage more transparent, efficient and sustainable.
The platform enables full traceability of processes and promotes digital communication with suppliers, reducing both time and environmental impact.
Engagement and sustainability culture
We cyclically involve our suppliers in awareness and training initiatives dedicated to sustainability issues.
Over the years, Rai Way has organised ESG webinars and surveys to monitor performance and collect feedback. At the same time, the suppliers registered in the Rai Way Supplier Register have been involved with the goal of promoting a shared culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.
Rai Way supplier register
Active since 2020, the Rai Way Supplier Register includes qualified companies operating in the main product categories and in the engineering and telecommunications sectors.
To maintain qualification, each supplier must:
- Declare its environmental and social policies;
- Comply with Rai Way corporate policies;
- Operate in line with legality and integrity standards.
Violations may result in suspension or removal from the Register, in accordance with the Italian Civil Code and public procurement regulations.
