It involves the entire organization, contributing to operational resilience and customer protection. The Cybersecurity Plan establishes priorities and actions for systems, networks, and applications, based on risk assessment and service criticality.



The cyber defense of our digital infrastructure

The Cyber Security function and the Security Operations Center (SOC) represent the central defense for the cyber security of telecommunications and broadcasting networks, IT systems, and service platforms.

As part of the National Cybersecurity Perimeter and an essential entity, according to the NIS2 classification, Rai Way operates in collaboration with ACN (National Cybersecurity Agency) and CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team).

The SOC identifies and manages threats and vulnerabilities to ensure network security and information protection. It constantly monitors telecommunications and broadcast infrastructures, systems, and IT infrastructure.

Cyber incident management is fully integrated into business processes: Rai Way coordinates and resolves events, both internal and external to the company, adopting targeted prevention and response measures. The procedures are closely linked to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, ensuring service continuity even in emergency situations.

According to the 2024-2027 Industrial Plan, Rai Way has expanded and diversified its business by developing new digital infrastructures and introducing new services, such as the Edge Data Center network and the Content Delivery Network (CDN), tailored to o respond to technological developments and market needs.

The Company has obtained certifications and qualifications for these services, confirming adherence to the highest international standards in cybersecurity for information protection and business continuity, thereby enhancing its reliability and reputation.
