Publication of the guidance on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of Directors

Rome, 27 February 2026 – Rai Way S.p.A. ("Rai Way" or the "Company") informs that, in view of the Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for 28 April 2026 (in a single call) which will be called, among other things, to renew the Board of Directors, the "Guidance of the Board of Directors of Rai Way S.p.A. to Shareholders on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the new Board of Directors" has been made available to the public.

The document is available at the Company’s registered office in Rome, Viale Castrense 9, and published on the website www.raiway.it – in the section Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting/Ordinary Meeting 2026/Documentation – and on the authorised storage mechanism “1Info” (www.1info.it).

The notice of call of the Shareholders' Meeting and the related documentation will be made available in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by law.
