Rai Way joins the "Ingenio al Femminile' Graduation Award

Rai Way has subscribed to the “Ingenio al Femminile” (Feminine Ingenuity) degree award in favour of recent graduates who have produced brilliant engineering theses on sustainability.

The call, promoted by the National Council of Engineers, aims to enhance the profile of women in the technical field and intends to reward the best thesis out of all degree courses recognised by the engineering system.

Subscribing to the initiative, which enriches the group of Rai Way activities aimed at enhancing the culture of inclusion and diversity, is in line with its corporate positioning in terms of Innovation and Sustainability, as a fundamental lever for creating value for stakeholders. The Award specifically supports the SDGs of gender equality by reflecting the company's commitment to diversity, whilst rewarding young talent.
