(the "Company")announces that the slates of candidates which were filed within the period laid down for the election of members of the new Board of Directors - as per item n. 8 on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2026 - are now available to the public, with the required accompanying documentation and information, at the Company’s headquarters, on its website, www.raiway.it (section Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting/Ordinary Meeting 2026/Documentation) and on the authorized storage mechanism 1Info (www.1Info.it).

In such respect, the following slates were filed:

• Slate filed by RAI - Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.a., the majority shareholder holding an equity interest of approximately 64.971% in the Company’s share capital:

Related resolutions.”), its intention of proposing the appointment of candidate Enrico Mordillo as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
