Rome, 21 January 2026 – Pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Rai Way S.p.A. (Rai Way), digital infrastructure operator and a provider of services for media content distribution, announces the financial calendar for the year 2026:

28 April 2026 (single call)	General Shareholder’s Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statement as of December 31, 2025
13 May 2026	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of First Quarter results as of March 31, 2026
30 July 2026	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Half Year Financial Statement as of June 30, 2026
11 November 2026	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Third Quarter results as of September 30, 2026

Conference calls with the financial community are scheduled to be held alongside the Board of Directors' meetings approving results. Details concerning time and way of participation will be announced as soon as available.
