In line with EU Recommendations and legislation regarding gender equality, Rai Way is committed to implementing policies that promote equal opportunities for men and women both in the workplace and in terms of employment opportunities, and adopts positive practices aimed at removing obstacles that may prevent the implementation of such policies.
In this respect, in line with the objectives mentioned above and the provisions of the gender equality policy and the Company Code of Ethics, the Rai Way Equal Opportunities Committee was approved by the Board of Directors and officially established on 20 April 2016..
The duties of the Committee include the proposal of initiatives, consultation services and the evaluation of all topics relating to gender inequality and any other form of direct or indirect discrimination.
